Tabletop 4 Burner Induction Range Cooker
The tabletop 4 burner induction range cooker is a type of induction cooker designed for simultaneous operation of multiple small burners. The restaurant induction cooktop is mainly used for cooking dishes like clay pot rice, featuring induction heating, energy-saving, environmental friendliness, and safety. The induction burner for wok usually adopts a modular design. If a single casserole burner fails, its core can be replaced at any time, and the operation of different burners does not affect each other.
The working principle of the restaurant induction cooktop is based on induction heating. When an iron pot is placed within the magnetic field, it cuts the alternating magnetic field lines, inducing an alternating current (eddy current) at the bottom of the pot. The eddy current causes the iron molecules in the pot to move rapidly and irregularly. The collisions and friction between molecules generate heat, rapidly heating the utensil itself for cooking.
Main features of the restaurant induction cooktop:
High quality: Crafted from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel for longevity and easy maintenance, resisting corrosion and wear from daily use.
Safety: Includes overheat protection, over voltage protection auto-shutoff, and waterproofing to ensure safe operation.
Independent control: Each burner is equipped with its own induction coil, allowing for simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes without the need for open flames.
Versatility: This 4 zone induction hob can be used for frying, stewing, and cooking various types of food, meeting different culinary needs.
Eco-Friendly: Produces no carbon emissions, reduces energy consumption, and contributes to a greener kitchen environment.
Stability: Diameter low-profile design with thick base.
Uniform firepower: High frequency patented cable reel, with stronger and more uniform firepower.

Maintainance:
Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the induction burner for wok cool completely. Wipe the cooking surface and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using steel wool or highly corrosive cleaners, as they may scratch or damage the surface.
Periodically inspect and clean the air vents on the cooking surface to ensure they are not obstructed.
Electrical Inspection: Regularly check the power cord and plug for signs of wear or looseness. Replace them immediately if any issues are found. Ensure that the device is properly grounded to prevent electrical accidents.
