How are your products shipped overseas?

If the customer has their own freight forwarder to arrange the transportation of goods, our company can help deliver them to the warehouse in China. If the customer does not have a freight forwarder, we can negotiate competitive prices with the shipping company to provide affordable services, but please pay the shipping fee in advance. To avoid potential accidents, we recommend that all customers purchase insurance for their goods.

Does your company have its own factory?

Yes, our company has its own factory. Our company has a professional team for kitchen design, installation, sales, and after-sales service. At the same time, the company also has exhibition halls. You are always welcome to come to the factory to test the machines.

Can your company provide door-to-door service if the equipment breaks down?

Due to geographical reasons, our company doesn't provide door-to-door overseas services. If the equipment malfunctions, the after-sales department will provide remote guidance in a timely manner. During the warranty period, accessories need to be purchased separately and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

How should I make the payment?

We can accpet TT. You can directly transfer the money to our account. Please inform us of the transfer information in a timely manner or send us the bank statement so that your order can be quickly arranged for production.
